Priority Home Warranty offers 10% off any plan for three months for new users if you call (888) 812 – 1060 to sign up. If you sign up for a year’s worth of service, you’ll get three full months of service free.
If you choose to cancel your home warranty within 30 days of the effective date, you’ll receive a refund of the full cost of the policy minus a $50 cancellation fee. If you cancel the coverage after the first 30 days, you’ll receive a prorated refund minus a $50 cancellation fee and the cost of all claims paid.

For every Service call you make you will have to pay a reasonable service fee which typically ranges from $50-$70. This is one of the lower service fees in the industry for a trained professional. You also have the option to use your own technician as long as Priority Home Warranty can verify they are qualified for the job.
Payout Caps
Priority Home Warranty limits the total repair, replacement, and diagnosis fees of covered items to $1,600 per covered system or appliance. The amount resets every 365 days. When you buy a new system or appliance, Priority Home Warranty will cover just 60% of the covered item’s depreciated value within 120 days of your purchase.

Exclusions
Priority Home Warranty covers malfunctions due to normal wear and tear, only, like most home warranty.
When you file a claim, the technician will determine whether your appliance or system is repairable. If it can’t be fixed, they’ll submit their report to the Priority Home Warranty case manager assigned to your claim. Priority Home Warranty can choose to provide you with a cash reimbursement in lieu of repair or replacement. They will make the payment within 30 days of receiving proof that you repaired or replaced the malfunctioning system or appliance. You can also choose cash option where the check will be sent after 3-10 business days.
Priority Home Warranty may choose to use rebuilt or non-original parts when repairing your covered item. You may not receive a matching brand, color, or dimension during repair or if a replacement is required.
Each covered system has its own list of exclusions in Priority Home Warranty’s Terms of Use Service Contract.

Their pros are due to their customer service, technology, affordability, and their fast and efficient service with their many different reimbursement options. Priority Home Warranty has a long list of exclusions, terms, and conditions. They aren’t listed on the BBB website, nor are they a member of the NHSCA. Although PHW at the moment is not listed with the BBB they are currently pending according to them.
