The first step is to schedule a free consultation with 20/20 Tax Resolution. You can do this by calling them, scheduling a 15-minute appointment on Calendly, or filling out the online contact form.
If you choose to fill out the online form, you’ll need to provide your first and last name, phone number, and email address. You’ll also be asked to specify the amount owed — starting from $10,000 and exceeding $250,000 —, whether the taxes are business, personal, or both, and how you heard about the company. From there, click “Contact Us” and wait for a call.
The initial call takes up to 20 minutes and entails speaking with a licensed tax professional about your case. So, be prepared to provide additional information upon request. This will help them make a custom plan for you.
Within about an hour of completing the call — or on the following business day if the call takes place at the end of the day —, you’ll receive a work agreement outlining the details of your custom plan. This proposal also includes the terms of payment. If you have any questions, you can contact the representative you spoke with directly. If everything looks good, sign the contract and an agent will begin preparing your case.
20/20 Tax Resolution does offer a refund if you request it within 30 days of signing the contract. You’ll need to submit this refund request to your representative or to the customer service team via email.
