We then had a drop-down menu to confirm when we wanted the work done. The next available slot was for the following day, so we booked this. In our experience reviewing other electrical repair companies, their next availability is often in a week or more. Therefore, ProConnect being able to arrive the next day was a huge advantage. After selecting the day and time, we simply had to enter our address.

Finally, we had to confirm our personal details, including name, address, and phone number. Then we confirmed the booking – it was that easy!
