The total aggregate limit is set at $15,000, with $8,000 allocated per term for systems and $7,000 for appliances. Individual item limits range from $250 to $4,000, based on the nature of the repair. Many of these individual limits exceed industry standards. For instance, the limit for refrigerator coverage is $3,000 per term, while for generators, it’s $750. The optional roof coverage has a ceiling of $1,000. If a replacement becomes necessary, Elite Home Warranty will contribute up to $1,500 towards the replacement expenses instead of directly replacing the insured system or appliance.
